A plastic receiving portion has receptacle with opening for insertion of mounting portion of piston of syringe. The holding portions releasably hold mounting portions in receptacles. A moving element has actuating element to intermittently move receiving portion downwards. The actuating element has pivotally mounted pawl that engages/disengages teeth of plastic rack with displacement of actuating element.
