FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to surgery, namely to plastic surgery. Performing dissection and deepidermalization of periareolar zone and lower pole of mammary gland by lines of preoperative marking by Wise, cut and closure of the mobilized skin of the mammary gland with anchor line, after skin incision and deepidermalization along preoperative marking lines, a deepidermalized flap is formed from the tissues in the projection of the lower pole of the mammary gland by dissection and dissection in a fat layer with inclusion of a derma and a superficial leaf of Scarp fascia, with preservation of a subdermal vascular plexus and a base of the flap facing the submammary fold. Apex of the flap is dissected by a median vertical incision in the caudal direction into two symmetrical parts. Length of the intact portion of the flap corresponds to the length of the arch of the lower pole of the mammary gland. After mobilization of the lateral skin-fat flaps to the anterior axillary line laterally and to the parasternal line medially, as well as after application of the upper edge of the areola adapting in the new suture position, each of the portions of the dorsal-fascial-fat flap dissected in two is fixed by the absorbable sutures laterally and medially from teat-areolar complex through entire thickness of parenchyma of gland to anterior surface of greater pectoral muscle at level 4–5 of intercostal space.
