The invention relates to a preparation comprising 5-50% by weight of Isphagula Husk； 1-20% by weight of at least one amino acid； 20-80% by weight of at least one carbohydrate and electrolytes. The preparation is for use as a therapeutical agent, such as for use in treating a state of disorder in the intestinal system of monogastric animals, including humans.
