According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method for analyzing an intravoxel incoherent motion using a computer comprises the steps of: receiving diffusion emphasized images obtained by a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) image acquisition device, wherein the MRI image includes a plurality of images obtained according to a certain interval and diffusion emphasized gradient magnetic field intensity (S100) obtaining brightness data corresponding to each point in each diffusion emphasized image (S200) obtaining an input of selecting a certain point from a user, and extracting brightness data for each diffusion emphasized gradient magnetic field intensity (S300) at the certain point generating a first graph of the brightness data according to the diffusion emphasized gradient magnetic field intensity, based on the extracted brightness data (S400) and performing a curve adaptation process for the first graph according to a technique of analyzing an incoherent motion within a certain voxel to calculate a diffusion-related variable (S500). According to the present invention, the result of an intravoxel incoherent motion analysis performed by the computer can be obtained, thus simplifying the analysis of a diffusion emphasized image.
