PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a belt assembly, capable of lessening a movers burden in elevating an optional moving material along a slope without an electric winch.SOLUTION: A belt assembly 20 includes: a back belt 21 transversely hung on the back face 18a of a wheelchair 18 placed on a slope 17 and right and left side belts 24, 25 connected to both end parts 21a, 21b of the back belt 21 through right and left connectors 22, 23, and provided with locking parts 69 at the other end parts thereof. The right and left connectors 22, 23 are provided with belt length adjusting parts 57 capable of adjusting the belt lengths L3, L4.
