As a belt to protect a wearer from impact occurring in a vehicle while running and to restrict the movement of a wearer when shaking occurs, the safety belt of the present invention has a function of absorbing shock by cushioning and mitigating impact by dispersing impact (pressure) with the belt having a width wider than that of an ordinary safety belt (belt strap).
