PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect an abnormal posture and urge a user to take a correct posture.SOLUTION: An information processing device captures an image of a user with a depth camera to acquire the image and a distance image. On the basis of the distance image, positions of the head and shoulders are identified. It is calculated as a deviation amount how much the head projects forward with respect to the shoulders. If the deviation amount is larger than a predetermined value, the users posture is regarded as being abnormal, and a vibrator 17, a directional speaker 15, and a display unit 12 are used to urge the user to correct the posture.
