The first pusher (12) is disposed in the handler main body (11) and presses the elastic piece (21b-1) so that the elastic piece (21b-1) is separated from the locking jaw (11a). According to this embodiment, the ultrasonic vibrators that are arranged in the square or rectangular form are individually operated in the sequential manner, and thus no great power is required when the present invention is used and power consumption can be reduced.
