PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an artificial lung system, even in a case of being used for a long time, capable of suppressing a decrease in gas exchange efficiency, while suppressing an increase in a device cost and power consumption.SOLUTION: An artificial lung system 1A includes: an extracorporeal circulation path 90 in which blood is circulated a blood feed pump that pneumatically feeds blood a blood feed pump drive part 41 that drives the blood feed pump 40 and an artificial lung 10 for exchanging gases in blood. The artificial lung 10 includes a gas exchange part including a hollow fiber membrane, where oxygen and carbon dioxide flow inside thereof and blood flows outside thereof. The artificial lung 10 further includes a gas inflow part 25 at one end side of the hollow fiber membrane and a gas outflow part 26 at the other end side thereof.
