The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a grass bed using porous foam stone. The grass bed manufacturing method includes: a process of producing a base material by mixing 80 to 90 wt% of feldspar, 5 to 10 wt% of mica, and 5 to 10 wt% of silica； a process of producing an additive by mixing 50 to 60 wt% of waste coal, 30 to 40 wt% of sewage sludge, and 5 to 10 wt% of food waste； a process of producing a primary mixture by mixing 60 to 70 wt% of the base material and 30 to 40 wt% of the additive, and then grinding the mixture into 2,000 to 3,000 mesh； a process of producing a secondary mixture by adding 15 to 25 wt% of a foam auxiliary material made by pulverizing vermiculite to 2,000 to 3,000 mesh and 3 to 7 wt% of a shell pulverized to 2,000 to 3,000 mesh to 70 to 80 wt% of the primary mixture； and a process of forming foam stone in a bed form including many pores by foaming 20 to 40 wt% of crushed vinyl or PVC waste at the temperature of 600 to 800°；C in 60 to 80 wt% of the secondary mixture. The present invention supplies water through a plurality of injection holes formed in a water supply pipe while installing a bed where grass is grown at a necessary place by using a plurality of pores formed in the bed of the foam stone to breed grass seeds. The present invention provides the effect of environmental improvement.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020본 발명은 다공성 발포석을 이용한 잔디모판의 제조방법에 관한 것으로,장석 80~90중량%와 운모 5~10중량% 및 규석 5~10중량%를 혼합하여 기초물질을 제조하는 과정과,폐석탄 50~60중량%과 하수슬러지 30~40중량% 및 음식물쓰레기 5~10중량%를 혼합하여 부가첨가물을 제조하는 과정과,상기의 기초물질 60~70중량%과 부가첨가물 30~40중량%를 혼합하여 1차 혼합물을 제조하여 2,000 내지 3,000메시로 분쇄하는 과정과,상기의 1차 혼합물 70~80중량%에 질석을 2,000 내지 3,000메시로 분쇄한 발포보조재 15~25중량% 및 2,000 내지 3,000메시로 분쇄한 조개껍질 3~7중량%를 첨가하여 2차 혼합물을 제조하는 과정과,상기의 2차 혼합물 60~80중량%에 파쇄한 비닐이나 PVC 폐기물 20~40중량%를 600~800℃의 온도로 발포하도록 함으로써 많은 기공을 포함하는 발포석을 모판 형태로 형성하도록 한다.상기 발포석의 모판에 형성된 다수의 기공을 이용하여 잔디 씨를 번식하도록 하여 잔디를 번식시킨 모판을 필요한 장소에 설치하면서 물 공급관에 형성한 다수의 분사공을 통하여 물을 공급하도록 구성됨을 특징으로 한다.
