PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bed with an excrement tank, in which a nursing care receiver having trouble with his/her leg can excrete by his/her own ability.SOLUTION: The bed is divided backward and forward by manual operation and his/her own weight while lying down on the bed, and is separated into an upper body bed 1 and legs bed 2 by drawing an overhead metal bar 5 by hand. The upper body bed 1 sinks down by own weight when applying a body weight to a lower abdomen with balance around a bed fulcrum 9. The legs bed 2 is mounted on a wheeled carriage 13, the lower second thighs remain thereon, and the legs bed 2 is pushed to rearward by own weight lowering by contact of thighs with the bed cushion B11 of the carriage 13. At that time, the lid 17 of the excrement tank is opened together. The excrement tank 15 is provided below the space of a step and backward movement. A rump is slid down and he/she sits on a toilet seat to excrete. A reverse action is generated by pulling up the slid-down body using the metal bar 5, and the legs bed 2 returns to a home position to become the usual bed by a C-weight 8. A care-giver may flow the excrement in the tank 18 into a toilet.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】脚に障害のある要介護者のために自力で排泄のできる便槽つきベッドを提供する。【解決手段】ベッドに寝たままで手動と自重でベッドを前後にニ分割にする。頭上の金棒5を手で引くと上半身ベッド1と脚部ベッド2に別れる。上半身ベッド1はベッド支点9を軸に天秤バランスにより体重を下腹部に掛けると自重で下がる。脚部ベッド2はゴマつきの台車13でこれに脚の脛下が残り太ももがこの台車13のベッドクッションB11に触れて下がる自重で後部に押される。このとき同時に便槽蓋17も開く。この段差と後退移動の空間スペースの下に便槽15を設ける。これに尻がズレ込んで便座に着座して排便ができる。金棒5でズレ込んだ身体を引き上げると逆作用が起こり、脚部ベッド2もC重り8に引かれて定位置に戻り通常のベッドになる。介助者は便槽バケツ18の汚物をトイレで流す。【選択図】図2
