PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic hair follicle separating device capable of automatically separating hair follicles. SOLUTION: The automatic hair follicle separation device according to at least one embodiment of the present invention, after incising hair follicles in a hair follicle unit from the skin tissue of the scalp incised from a hair loss patient during incision-type hair transplantation, respectively. Classified according to the number of hairs contained in each hair follicle, and classified according to the number of hairs contained in each hair follicle extracted directly from the occipital region of the hair-removing patient during non-incision hair transplantation.
