Therefore, the composition including the peptide of the present invention is widely used to prevent and cure various diseases by being used as a medical composition or a food composition of curing or preventing TNF-&alpha；-mediated diseases.본 발명에서는 서열번호 1 내지 179 중 어느 한 항의 서열을 갖는 펩티드, 서열 번호 1의 서열의 단편인 펩티드 또는 상기 펩티드 서열과 80% 이상의 서열 상동성을 갖는 펩티드 및 이를 유효 성분으로 포함하는 TNF-α 저해 조성물이 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 서열번호 1 내지 179 중 어느 하나의 서열을 갖는 펩티드 또는 상기 서열과 80%의 상동성을 갖는 서열을 갖는 펩티드 또는 단편인 펩티드는 우수한 TNF-α 저해 효과를 가진다. 따라서 본 발명의 펩티드를 포함하는 조성물은 TNF-α 매개 질환의 예방 또는 치료를 위한 약학적 조성물 또는 식품 조성물로서 사용될 수 있어 다양한 질환의 치료 및 예방에 널리 이용될 수 있다.
