The present invention provides a water repellent photocatalyst composition having high antifouling property, high antibacterial property and antiviral property simultaneously even under weak light of that such as interior space. The water repellent photocatalyst composition of the present invention comprises a water repellent resin binder, a photocatalyst material, and a cuprous oxide.
