An LED light source device for infants and children according to an embodiment of the present invention emits light by controlling each of a first illuminance value that is visual illuminance information, a second illuminance value that is non-visual illuminance information affecting a bio circadian cycle rhythm, and a color temperature value that is color temperature information. The LED light source device for infants and children includes: a light source unit composed of a plurality of LEDs； a control unit for generating driving control information to control each of the first illuminance value, the second illuminance value, and the color temperature value； and a driving unit for supplying a driving current to the light source unit according to the driving control information generated in the control unit. Accordingly, the present invention can minimize the influence of visual illuminance.본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 영유아용 LED 광원 장치는 시각적 조도 정보인 제1조도값, 생체 일주기 리듬에 영향을 주는 비시각적 조도 정보인 제2조도값 및 색온도 정보인 색온도값이 각각 조절되어 발광하는 영유아용 LED 광원 장치로서, 구동전류에 따라 발광하는 다수 개의 LED로 이루어진 광원부； 제1조도값, 제2조도값 및 색온도값을 각각 조절하는 구동제어정보를 생성하는 제어부；및 제어부에서 생성된 구동제어정보에 따라 구동전류를 광원부에 공급하는 구동부를 포함한다.
