The abutment is mounted on the implant using a detachable connection, in particular a screw connection, the abutment being provided with an implant connection, a collar, and a tubular portion to be connected to the dental structure. The disclosed device (10) is characterized in that a surrounding auxiliary element made of a residue-free material is arranged in such a way as to rest against the tubular portion.
