PURPOSE: A phyto mix food manufacturing method is provided by applying a softening agent to advanced composite materials of black bean powder and unpolished rice powder, and by steam processing with far infrared rays.CONSTITUTION: Black bean powder and unpolished rice powder are mixed in a ratio of 7:3 to manufacture an advanced composite material. The advanced composite material and a softening agent are mixed in a ratio of 1:6 to produce a mixed solution. The mixed solution is steam-processed under a heat source of a nichrome electro-thermal wire and far infrared rays inside ceramics to produce a steam cooking solution. The steam cooking solution is cooled, and 0.5% of coagulating agent and 5% of natural additive are added into the steam cooking solution at the same time. The mixed solution is automatically wrapped and firstly heated for 30 minutes at 60 deg. C by placing in an electrical oven mold to manufacture phyto mix food. Sanitized phyto mix food is produced by heating phyto mix food at 90 deg.
