PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid pharmaceutical formulation and a lyophilized pharmaceutical formulation capable of minimizing aggregation of bi-specific antibodies and its fragments in solution and minimizing antibody loss caused by adsorption on a contact surface.SOLUTION: A liquid pharmaceutical formulation and a lyophilized pharmaceutical formulation are provided which include lysine and in which bi-specific antibodies include a first and a second binding domains, the first binding domain includes a specific sequence of an amino acid sequence having residues 283-525 and specifically binds with a CD3T cell surface antigen, the second binding domain includes a specific sequence of an amino acid sequence having residues 28-277 and specifically binds with an antigen selected from a group consisting of CD19, CD20, CD22, EphA2, EphA4, INFR, ICOS, Ep-CAM, CEA, and IL-5 receptors. The formulations include citrate of 20 mM, lysine-HCI of 75 mM, trehalose anhydride of 6.5%, and polysorbate 80 of 0.02% with a pH of 6.0.【課題】溶液中の二重特異性抗体またはその断片の凝集を最小化し、かつ接触面への吸着による抗体損失を最小化することが可能である、液体医薬製剤および凍結乾燥医薬製剤の提供。【解決手段】二重特異性抗体が第１及び第２の結合ドメインを含み、第１の結合ドメインが特定配列の残基２８３～５２５のアミノ酸配列を含みＣＤ３Ｔ細胞表面抗原に特異的に結合し、第２の結合ドメインが特定配列の残基２８～２７７のアミノ酸配列を含み、ＣＤ１９、ＣＤ２０、ＣＤ２２、ＥｐｈＡ２、ＥｐｈＡ４、ＩＮＦＲ、ＩＣＯＳ、Ｅｐ－ＣＡＭ、ＣＥＡ、およびＩＬ－５受容体からなる群から選択される抗原に特異的に結合する、該製剤がリシンを含み２０ｍＭのシトレート、７５ｍＭのリシン－ＨＣｌ、６．５％のトレハロース無水物、及び０．０２％のポリソルベート８０を含み、かつ６．０のｐＨを有する、液体医薬製剤および凍結乾燥医薬製剤。【選択図】なし
