The oscillating/feeding apparatus includes an oscillating unit (8) that is oscillated in the intersecting direction (Y), first displacement means (6) and second displacement means (7) that displace and oscillate the oscillating unit (8) in the intersecting direction, and a control unit (9) that controls the first displacement means (6) and second displacement means (7). The continuous member (3) is fed to the sheet (3) from an outlet that is provided on the oscillating unit (8).
