PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing rice confectionery which is called curved rice cracker curvedly transformed.SOLUTION: This method for producing the rice confectionery includes using either an upper or lower carrier conveyor 21 which vertically pinches and multiply carries material in a drier 2 when baking dried dough 1 of a fixed form, produced by a regular method, as a transformation giving conveyor 22 set with a proper projecting part, pressing the projecting part to softened heated dough 1a in the middle of baking so as to forcibly curvedly transform the heated dough 1a, and passing normal baking processes as a whole to bake as the rice confectionery.
