PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide hair treating agents that solve a problem related to smell and give a similar effect as in high cysteamine concentration even in low cysteamine concentration.
SOLUTION: The hair treating agents satisfy any one of the following conditions: cysteamine concentration of 0.5-3 wt.% and pH of 8.0-10 cysteamine concentration of 2-3 wt.% and pH of 7.5-10 cysteamine concentration of 0.5-2.0 wt.% and pH of 9.2-9.5 cysteamine concentration of 1.3-2.5 wt.% and pH of 8.5-9.2 and cysteamine concentration of 2-2.5 wt.% and pH of 8.0-9.2.
