The present invention relates to nanocapsules for covering a mixture of a red ginseng extract, conjugated linoleic acid, and gamma linolinic acid with a covering agent of a mixed coating material of chitosan-arginine polymers and fucoidan, and to a method for manufacturing the same. The nanocapsules can be usefully applied as a composition for preventing or treating vascular diseases since the nanocapsules can enhance an effect of improving blood circulation by delivering the unsaturated fatty acids such as the red ginseng extract, the conjugated linoleic acid, and the gamma linolenic acid in a stable condition in the stomach environment.본 발명은 홍삼추출물, 공액리놀레산 및 감마리놀렌산의 혼합물을 키토산-아르기닌 중합체 및 후코이단의 혼합코팅물의 피복체로 피복한 것을 특징으로 하는 나노캡슐 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 상기 나노캡슐은 홍삼추출물과 공액리놀레산 및 감마리놀렌산과 같은 불포화지방산을 위 내의 환경에 안정한 상태로 전달함으로써 체내 혈행개선 효과를 증강시킬 수 있기에 혈관질환의 예방 또는 치료용 조성물로 유용하게 이용할 수 있다.
