The present invention relates to a wound retractor, and more particularly to a wound retractor which is inserted into the cut portion of the abdomen of the patient to open the cut portion and to prevent extractions from coming in contact with the cut portion and aims to facilitate winding a cylindrical tube around the upper ring of the wound retractor with less force, comprising: a cylindrical tube which is a flexible elastic body and extends in a cylindrical shape； a lower ring which is a ring-shaped flexible elastic body and connected and sealed along the lower circumference of the cylindrical tube； and an upper ring which has a first ring and/or a second ring which are closely attached to be connected and sealed around the upper circumference of the cylindrical tube, the first ring and/or the second ring having a ring-shaped rigid member inserted inside and a coating member surrounding the outer circumference of the rigid member, wherein silicon oil is filled between the outer circumference of the rigid members of the first ring and/or the second ring and the inner circumference of the coating members thereof, and a connection part is formed to integrally connect the coating members to the portion where the first ring and/or the second ring are closely attached.본 발명은 의료용 개창기구에 관한 것으로서, 환자의 복부 절개부에 삽입되어 절개부를 벌려주고 적출물이 절개부에 접촉되는 것을 차단하는 개창기구(；운드 리트랙터, Wound Retractor)에서 상부링에 원통형 튜브를 감는 작업을 할 께 적은 힘으로 용이하게 감을 수 있도록 하기 위하여 개발된 것으로；연질 탄성체로 원통형으로 연장되는 원통형 튜브와, 링 형상의 연질 탄성체로 이루어져 상기 원통형 튜브의 하단 둘레를 따라 연결 밀봉되는 하부링과, 내부에 링 형상의 강성부재가 삽입되고 그 외연을 코팅부재가 감싸는 형상으로 이루어지는 제1 내지 제2 링이 밀착하여 이루어져 상기 원통형 튜브의 상단 둘레를 따라 연결 밀봉되는 상부링으로 구성되는 의료용 개창기구에 있어서；상기 제1 내지 제2 링의 강성부재의 외경과 코팅부재의 내경 사이에는 실리콘 오일이 충진되며, 상기 제1 내지 제2 링이 밀착한 부분에는 코팅부재가 일체로 연결되는 연결부가 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 의료용 개창기구에 관한 것이다.
