The invention is more specifically related to the nucleicacids and the polypeptides transcribed thereof, the expression of which issignificantly altered in association with lung cancer. The invention relatesto a series of differentially spliced transcripts of the gene disclosedherein, that are associated with tumors of the respiratory tract. Furthermorethe present invention provides a method for early diagnosis, prognosis andmonitoring of the disease course and for therapy and vaccination of cellproliferative disorders such as e.g. lung tumors.
