PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for removing epicarp of fruit of persimmon which is used for an apparatus for peeling the epicarp of the fruit of the persimmon for reducing labor and time, and which are required for peeling work of the fruit of the persimmon.
SOLUTION: The apparatus for removing the epicarp of the fruit of the persimmon 6 includes: a disk 49 that includes a passage hole part 60 through which the permission fruit F can pass and a tongue-shaped part 61 in the inside direction of the radial direction in the inner periphery of the passage hole part 60 and rotationally driving means 64 of rotating the disk 49 around a nearly vertical axis. The apparatus for removing the epicarp of the fruit of the persimmon also includes: a cleaning liquid supply part 51 for supplying a cleaning liquid to the disk 49 a persimmon fruit receiving bath 42 provided below the disk 49 to store the cleaning liquid and the persimmon fruit F passing through the passage hole part 60 and a filtering medium 72 provided within the persimmon fruit receiving bath 42 to separate the epicarp removed from the persimmon fruit F from the cleaning liquid.
