Celsius and the optimum PH is pH 8.0. The Streptomyces driven thrombolytic enzyme is most stable at pH 8.0-12.0 and under 40 deg. Celsius.본 발명은 스트렙토마이세스속 균주 유래의 혈전용해 효소에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 피브린 용해 효소는 독성이 없고, 뛰어난 피브린 분해 능력을 가지므로 혈전용해제로서 사용될 수 있다.
