The present invention relates to a hay collector. According to the present invention, the hay collector on which a pair of large hay-collecting means is installed is not towed by an agricultural vehicle but installed on the vehicle to be used for work or to be transferred. Therefore, the hay collector is operated in an easy manner. The hay collector can be easily stored and transferred because the size of the hay collector can be minimized by folding the hay collector. Efficiency of collecting hays is increased due to a large size of the hay collector. The hay collector comprises: a main frame including a connection means which connects the hay collector and the agricultural vehicle on the front； a side frame which is fixed on and protrudes from both sides of a rear end portion of the main frame； and the hay collecting means which is installed on the side frame to perform a hay collecting process while being spread in the horizontal direction with respect to the main frame, and is folded in the direction perpendicular to the main frame after finishing the hay collecting process to minimize the width and the size and to enable the hay collector to be easily stored and transferred.본 발명은 한 쌍의 대형 집초수단을 장착한 집초장치를 농기계로 견인하지 않고 장착하여 작업 또는 이동하기 때문에 조작의 용이성을 가지고, 접철에 의하여 부피를 최소화할 수 있기 때문에 보관과 이동의 용이성을 제공할 수 있으면서 집초장치가 크기 때문에 집초 효율성을 높일 수 있도록 한 것으로서；전방에 농기계와 연결할 수 있는 연결수단을 가지는 메인프레임과, 상기 메인프레임의 후단부 양측으로 돌출되게 고정하는 사이드프레임과, 상기 사이드프레임에 설치하여 메인프레임에 대하여 수평방향으로 펼쳐져 집초작업을 수행하고, 집초작업이 끝난 후에는 메인프레임의 수직방향으로 접어서 폭과 부피를 축소시켜 이동과 보관을 용이하게 할 수 있는 한 쌍의 집초수단으로 구성하는 것이 특징이다.
