A method of operating a wearable (200) includes receiving an inertial measurement (232) from an inertial measurement sensor (230) disposed on a user (10). The inertial measurement is indicative of a movement of the user from a first pose (P1) to a second pose (P2) away from the first pose. The method also includes determining a movement vector (M) defining the movement of the user from the first pose to the second pose based on the inertial measurement. The movement vector is relative to the first pose. The method also includes determining whether the movement vector satisfies a threshold movement vector (MT). When the movement vector satisfies a threshold movement vector, the method includes instructing at least one actuator (220) to apply a feedback response on the user.
