The present invention provides a surgical hand piece provided with a housing which holds at least one tube (205) for allowing liquid utilized for surgery to flow therethrough and which is adapted to be gripped by a user. The housing is provided with a first housing (210a) and a second housing (210b) which is joined to the first housing (210a). The first housing (210a) has provided at an end thereof a ring member (280) through which the tube extends or in which an end of the tube is disposed.
