The present invention relates to a method of cultivating bean sprouts by using a pine needle enzyme diluting solution when bean sprouts beans are sprouted and when they are sprinkled on germinated bean sprouts and burning the pine needles to sterilize smoke films. In the present invention, the smoke sterilization is carried out in a cultivation room where bean sprouts are cultivated once a day for 15 to 20 minutes, and then ventilation is carried out, thereby preventing corruption and cultivating transparent and clear bean sprouts.본 발명은 솔잎 효소 희석액을 콩나물 콩을 불릴 때 및 발아된 콩나물에 살수 시에 사용하며, 솔잎을 연소시켜 연막 살균하여 콩나물을 재배하는 방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명에서 상기 연막 살균은 1일 1회 15 ~ 20분 동안 콩나물을 재배하는 재배실에서 실시하며, 이후 환기가 이루 짐으로써 부패병을 방지하고 투명하고 맑은 콩나물을 재배할 수 있다.
