PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body stretching apparatus which allows a user to stretch the body without applying large force.SOLUTION: A bed part 11, on which users body parts from the upper body to the thighs are placed, includes a front base 13a and a rear base 13b which are rotatably connected to each other by a first horizontal shaft 18 and angle adjustment means 19. An upper body floor part 14 is provided on the upper side of the front base 13a so as to slide in the front and rear direction, and a thigh floor part 15, on which users thighs are placed to be moved forward and backward, is provided on the rear base 13b. The rear base 13b is rotatably connected to a base member 26 at a middle position on the front side of the base member 26 of a lower leg support part 12, on which users lower legs are placed, through a second horizontal shaft 27. The rear side of the thigh floor part 15 and a part positioned in front of the second horizontal shaft 27 of the base member 26 are connected to each other by a connection member 35. A kneepad members 29 above the rear side of the base member 26 are operated by the legs to rotate the lower leg support part 12. The thigh floor part 15 is made to slide forward and backward following the rotational movement of the lower leg support part by the principle of leverage using the second horizontal shaft 27 as a fulcrum.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
