The present invention relates to an ultra-high pressure extracting method of effective components of a lacquer tree which has an excellent extraction yield of effective components compared with general hot-water extracting methods. To this end, the present invention comprises: a step 1) of shadow-drying a woody part of a lacquer tree having a bark removed therefrom; a step 2) of pulverizing the woody part of a lacquer tree obtained in the step 1) as a sawdust form; and a step 3) of adding water to the sawdust of a lacquer tree obtained in the step 2) to extract effective components under an ultra-high pressure condition. The sawdust of a lacquer tree in the step 3) has preferably a size of 20-100 mesh. The adding water in the step 3) has preferably the ratio of 100 g of sawdust of a lacquer tree to 1,000 ml of water. The ultra-high pressure condition in the step 3) is preferably 400 Mpa. Moreover, the step 3) preferably comprises an enzyme pre-treating process which adds 0.1% of celluclast 1.5 L and viscozyme L, respectively with respect to a weight of sawdust of a lacquer tree. According to such technical configuration, the present invention identifies an ultra-high pressure extracting method and an ultra-high pressure enzyme extracting method for a maximum obtaining of flavonoid, the effective component of lacquer tress, thereby reducing consumption of lacquer tree raw materials to protect the environment, and maximizing economic profits and productivity with an optimum extract yield.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020본 발명은 일반적인 열수추출 방법에 비하여 유용성분의 추출수율이 우수한 옻나무 유용성분의 초고압 추출방법에 관한 것이다. 이를 위하여 본 발명은 1) 수피가 제거된 옻나무의 목질부를 음건하는 단계,2) 상기 1)단계에서 얻은 옻나무 목질부를 톱밥형태로 분쇄하는 단계,3) 상기 2)단계에서 얻은 옻나무 톱밥에 가수하여 초고압 조건에서 유용성분을 추출하는 단계를 포함한다. 상기 3)단계의 옻나무 톱밥은 20~100메쉬(mesh) 크기가 바람직하다. 상기 3)단계의 가수는 옻나무 톱밥 100g에 대하여 물 1,000㎖ 비율이 바람직하다. 상기 3)단계의 초고압 조건은 압력 400Mpa이 바람직하다. 그리고 상기 3)단계는 옻나무 톱밥 중량 대비 효소 celluclast 1.5L과 viscozyme L을 각 0.1% 첨가하는 효소 전처리 과정을 더 포함하는 것이 바람직하다. 상기의 기술적 구성에 따르면
