PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device and a communication control method that can save electric power.SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, an electronic device that comprises a sensor for detecting biological data related to a user is provided. The electronic device according to the embodiment comprises acquisition means, estimation means, and transmission control means. The acquisition means acquires first and second biological data detected by the sensor. The estimation means estimates a situation of the user on the basis of the first biological data.
