According to the present invention, the case for a medical clip comprises: a body (10) and a cover (20). The body (10) includes: a plurality of separation units (12) disposed in parallel with each other in a base (11) a pair of combining members (13) extended in a direction in which a separation unit (12) is disposed, and disposed in both sides of the separation unit (12) and protective walls (14, 15) formed along a circumference of the base (11).
