PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologic apparatus and IOL diopter determination program for calculating an appropriate intraocular lens diopter.SOLUTION: The ophthalmologic apparatus for determining a diopter of IOL to be inserted in a subjects eye, includes: parameter acquisition means for acquiring a plurality of eye shape parameters of the subjects eye and arithmetic control means for calculating the IOL diopter.
