Disclosed in the present invention is a tubular orthodontic device for supporting an orthodontic wire. The tubular orthodontic device for supporting an orthodontic wire comprises: a plurality of orthodontic tubes each having a hollow hole formed in a horizontal direction for inserting an orthodontic wire, placed in the horizontal direction, and continuously connected with one another； and a tube connection unit connecting the orthodontic tubes among the orthodontic tubes in an integrated way. The tube connection unit includes a division groove which is formed among the orthodontic tubes to partially separate the orthodontic tubes and allow the hollow hole of the orthodontic tubes to communicate with the outside of the orthodontic tubes. In addition, the division groove forms a boundary among the orthodontic tubes.
