The present invention relates to a functional soap composition and functional soap manufactured by using the same. The functional soap composition of the present invention comprises: a natural mixed extract which is composed of a green onion extract, a pine needle extract, and a cranberry extract； and a soap base which is composed of a lauric acid, a myristic acid, a palmitic acid, a stearic acid, sodium hydroxide, triethanolamine, glycerin, sorbitol, sucrose, sodium hyaluronate, and water.
