The present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition comprising a combination of an anticancer agent that is a first antibody and a second antibody. In certain embodiments, the first antibody is an anti-programmed death-1 (PD-1) antibody. In certain embodiments, the composition is a fixed dose ratio formulation. In certain embodiments, the composition is administered as a uniform dose. Also disclosed is a kit for treating a subject having a disease, wherein the kit uses the composition in any of the fixed doses of the compositions disclosed herein and the method of the invention for treatment of the disease.
