Supports for optical sensors are described. The supports may allow for placement of the optical sensors in close proximity or contact with a subject, such as supporting the optical sensors against a subjects head. The supports may include multiple pieces that can be connected or disconnected. Mechanisms for adjusting the pressure of the optical sensors against the subject may be included with the supports.
