PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus and an ultrasonic display method which obtain the state of an arbitrary area of a tomographic image on the basis of displacement distribution in the arbitrary area.SOLUTION: The ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus comprising: a tomographic image constitution part 24 which constitutes the tomographic image of the diagnosis site of a subject 10 via an ultrasonic probe 12 and an image display part 28 for displaying the tomographic image comprises a vector calculation part 40 for calculating a vector in two-dimensional direction in an arbitrary area on the basis of a displacement distribution in the arbitrary area of the tomographic image.
