PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a large-sized incense container, with which a lid member fitted with a plate member can be removed readily from the plate member, or the lid member can be fixed to the plate member in a simple manner, and the removal and fixation becomes a very much facilitated work.SOLUTION: The incense container comprises: the plate member 1 equipped with a supporter 17 for incense lower side at the upper side and the lid member 2 detachably fitted with the plate member 1 having a large number of exhaust holes 22 on an upper surface 20 and equipped with a supporter 23 for the incense upper surface at the lower side, and hold incense so as to nip the incense by the supporter 17 for the incense lower side in the plate member 1 and the supporter 23 for the incense upper side in the lid member 2 and stores the incense in the inside.
