PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sterilization method of a pre-filled plastic chromatography column.SOLUTION: Sterilization is performed by irradiating gamma rays at a proper level. A specific additive agent is contained in a protective liquid filled into a column to protect a filled medium during the irradiation, thereby sufficiently maintaining a functional group of the filled medium so that deterioration in affinity trapping performance is inhibited or avoided.
