The pair of scissor elements (12, 22) each have a cutting part (13, 23), respectively, for gripping and incising body tissue. At a distal end part of at least one of the pair of scissor elements (12, 22), a claw part (14) for gripping the body tissue is formed so as to protrude out further in a closing direction than the cutting part (13).
