Supraspinal ligament is cut from one side of the posterior spinal complex, the neural structures are opened by turning a portion of the posterior spinal complex in the opposite direction from the point of incision of its supraspinal ligament. After the surgical manipulations, through holes are drilled through at least in one sausage part of the arch, starting from the cut surface of the sawn-off portion of the arch with the outlet of the hole on its outer surface on the opposite side of the posterior complex of the spinal complex; a portion of the posterior spine complex is inserted back.
