According to the inventionit isproposed that the collecting area is formed by a collecting recess (16) of thelancingmember (14) which extends in the lancing direction and that the light guide(18) isintegrated into the lancing member (14) such that it is secure againstdisplacementand the distal end (36) thereof is arranged in a proximal measuring zone (34)of thecollecting recess (16).
