A hysteroscope system is coupled to a hysteroscope having a body coupled to an extension, a fluid source capable of binding to the proximal end of a first channel, and a proximal end of a second channel. It has a possible pressure sensor and a hysteroscopic probe configured to be introduced through a third channel. The third channel has a linear channel portion that penetrates the extension portion in the longitudinal direction and a proximal channel portion that penetrates the main body. The central axis of the proximal channel portion of the third channel is offset at the proximal surface of the body from the virtual central axis of the linear channel portion of the third channel extending to the proximal surface of the body.
