PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable radiographic system which enables easy radio communication between respective devices in introducing a device to the system and can prohibit the emission of radiation from a radiation generating device when there is a possibility that photographing is not performed in a situation where the radio communication is disconnected between the devices.SOLUTION: A portable radiographic system 100 is configured that an FPD cassette 1 and a portable console 50 respectively perform radio communication with a portable relay unit 60. The relay unit 60 prohibits the emission of radiation from a radiation generating device 70 when determining that the connection of the radio communication with the radiation generating device 70 is not established, and permits the emission of the radiation from the radiation generating device 70 when determining that the connection of the radio communication with the radiation generating device 70 is not established after forwarding of an interlock cancel signal from the console 50 or the like to the radiation generating device 70.【課題】システムに装置を導入したりする場合でも容易に各装置間で無線通信を行うことが可能となるとともに、装置間の無線通信が切れるような状況で、撮影が行われない虞れがある場合には放射線発生装置からの放射線の照射を禁止することが可能な可搬型放射線撮影システムを提供する。【解決手段】可搬型放射線撮影システム１００は、ＦＰＤカセッテ１と可搬型のコンソール５０とが、可搬型の中継ユニット６０との間でそれぞれ無線通信を行うように構成され、中継ユニット６０は、放射線発生装置７０との間で無線通信の接続が確立されていないと判断した場合には、放射線発生装置７０からの放射線の照射を禁止するが、コンソール５０等からのインターロック解除信号を放射線発生装置７０に転送した後に、放射線発生装置７０との間で無線通信の接続が確立されていないと判断した場合には、放射線発生装置７０からの放射線の照射を許容する。【選択図】図１
