Device can be arranged both in the cranial gap and cranial incision, thus it contains at least one cortical supporting jack first closing means, functionally connected with the cortical jack second closing means configured to be attached to the cortical jack for completion of its closing and at least one handle connected to remove the cortical jack to actuate the above device so, to change over from its rest position in its working position of attachment.
