The present invention relates to a fixing device configured to fix a plurality of fishing rods (2) to a pedestal (1) and control the fishing rods (2). The fixing device comprises: a fixing base (10) including mounting plates (11, 12) coupled to left and right sides of the pedestal (1) and a coupler (13) with a coupling step (13a) to allow the mounting plates (11, 12) to be coupled to each other； a fishing rod holder (20) including a support (21) having a bracket (22) coupled to the mounting plates (11, 12) and a holder body (25) provided on the bracket (22) to fix the fishing rods (2)； and a height adjustment means (30) disposed at a rear side of the fishing rod holder (20) and provided to adjust a height of the fishing rods (2). Accordingly, it is possible to selectively install the plurality of fishing rods on the pedestal. When a fishing rod is used while a fixing ball is provided on an end of the fishing rod, the fixing ball is received in and fixed to a receiving groove.
