Disclosed is a device to reversely rotate a cutting part capable of solving a problem that grain stems are jammed inside a feeder case (38) and capable of controlling a revolution per minute (RPM) of a threshing shaft (24). According to the present invention, the device comprises: a threshing input shaft (20) wherein a rotary force is transferred from an engine (2) and to operate a threshing part (50)； a multistage spur gear (21) and fixated spur gears (23a, 23b) capable of adjusting the RPM transferred to the threshing shaft (24) of the threshing part (50)； a cutting input shaft (30) to transfer the rotary force to a driving sprocket (36) inside the feeder case (38)； a normal rotation belt power transmission device (39) to transfer power of a normal direction to the cutting input shaft (30) from the threshing input shaft (20)； a reverse rotation shaft (26) wherein a second spur gear (26a) engaged with a first spur gear (20b) installed in the threshing input shaft (20) is installed and to rotate in a direction opposite to the threshing input shaft (20)； and a reverse rotation belt power transmission device (29) installed to transfer the power of a reverse direction to the cutting input shaft (30) from the reverse rotation shaft (26). A normal rotation clutch (34) is installed in the normal rotation belt power transmission device (39) and a reverse rotation clutch (32) is installed in the reverse rotation belt power transmission device.
